Tell us what you're after
Fill in the order form. The more detail, the better. Include sizes, wording, and any inspo like screenshots.

We quote it
We'll send you a price and details on how we'll approach it. You approve by email and provide us with any items you're supplying.

You approve the design
We'll send you the artwork proof for your approval, with one round of changes permitted.
04
We make it
Made here in Rockhampton, usually within the week, depending on stock. You can pick up locally or we can send via Australia Post.
Fresh out of the workshop
A few things we've made lately. Every one of them started as someone's rough idea.
A small workshop with a personal touch.
We're not a print farm with a template library. Silly Fox is a small Rockhampton workshop, which means the person who reads your brief is the person who draws the artwork and the person who runs the laser.
It also means you'll get an honest answer. If your design won't engrave well on that surface, or the text is too fine to read at that size, we'll tell you before we make it — and suggest something that will work. That conversation is the whole point of ordering custom instead of buying off a shelf.
Not on the list? Ask Anyway
If you can think it, we can probably make it. Don't be shy, send us your half-baked ideas, your unhinged sketches, or that screenshot of something you saw on the internet.
Questions we get a lot
Each category page has "from" prices to give you a starting point, but the real number depends on size, complexity and whether you’re supplying the item. Send us your brief and you’ll have a firm price within about 24 hours — no obligation, no sales call.
It depends on the size of your order, whether you're supplying something for us to engrave or we're creating from scratch. If you've got a deadline, let us know and we'll tell you if we can meet it. We'll communicate timelines with you to make sure they're suitable before we get started on creating.
Often, yes — bottles and boards especially. Tell us what it is and we'll let you know if it'll take an engraving. We'll also be upfront about the risk: we're careful, but engraving is permanent and we can't replace an item you supplied if something goes wrong.
Not at all. Most people arrive with a rough idea and a font they saw somewhere. Design is included in the price — that’s what you’re paying for.
